I had a job already so I wasn't sure what they expected me to do? Like, use up an annual day or call in sick so they could watch me write blog posts instead of just figuring I could because I'd spent years being paid to do exactly that.

There was no stressful small talk at all, and they started with an activity that let me relax for a bit before jumping into the interview questions. The review process was quick and painless. The initial interview process took about thirty minutes. Overall, it was a really smooth interview process that I felt prepared for and did well in.
