Entrevista
I was interviewed on my campus by a recruiter. The next week I was invited to fly out to a plant to interview. The interview started with talking with their HR department followed by a factory tour and 3 one on one interviews.
I was asked to take a personality test online. I received a offer to enter their management rotation program which I was not interested in. I was then offered a position in portland, which I considered and turned down.

Entrevista
Interview was scheduled at 2pm and lasted about 30 minutes in total. Have to be prepared knowing the company background. Commence introductions and explanation about company values. A bit nerve wrecking alough it was the initial phone screening.
