The interview process takes roughly 15 minutes and is fairly quick an easy. The interviewer gives you an overview of how the company operates and is set up, by giving examples of the current projects they have going on. They do explain that it is set up as a management role and you climb through the ranks to become a company manager eventually. It really wasn't at all what I had applied for so I declined but it was fairly easy. The interview is a three step process where the second is going deeper into the company and the third is when they offer the position to you.
