The HR recruiter scheduled an interview and asked several questions about the type of work. He thought I would be a great candidate for the position. On the day of the interview the two Senior level Managers did not know the position I applied for. They seem very disinterested throughout the entire process. Little do they know contract negotiation is the same in construction or healthcare. They are not out of the box thinkers... too conservative.
