Two interview rounds with management and team members. Final case study presentation on various sourcing strategies to leadership. Discussed many different categories of spend within the healthcare sector. Discussed client facing responsibilities and strategy for meeting customer demands.

Interview process was efficient and relatively quick. Interview included presentation and activity based on a few parameters provided by the employer. This required prep work to prepare the information and strategy. I presented my strategy to a group of leaders that pretended to be a client. Feedback was given after the presentation.
