Formal, only lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer asked a few questions just to see how you respond to customer service, if you are positive in your answers the process will be easy for you.

It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions
