It was a group interview with about 12-15 former or current teachers, administrators, and education executives. The interview questions were given ahead of time, so, I had time to prepare for the answers. I just didn't know what questions they were going to ask. This group of professionals were very open and patient with my responses. They gave positive feedback through body language and words of affirmation. They seemed like they wanted to hire me on the spot!
