Entrevista
I was referred by a friend and had a number of informal conversations before officially interviewing which I appreciated greatly. When the formal interview process started I really appreciated the opportunity to meet and talk with a number of people on the team I would join as well as other departments I would be working with.
Both the recruiter and reporting manager followed up with me regularly to keep me in the loop on where we were in the process and communicating timelines. It was a long interview process, but one that allowed both me and Procore to effectively ensure the fit was good.

I really appreciated the depth of questions from both my reporting manager and department VP. They both dove into gauging my experience and ability with respect to product launch plans, strategy as it related to Procore, and what my recommendations would be with respect to the current plan.

Entrevista
I enjoyed the process. It was lengthy but that is to be expected when interviewing with a company of Procore's caliber. I appreciated the time and thought that they put into the process and I enjoyed getting the opportunity to meet with different members of the team. I had one point person that was a great resource throughout the process as well.

Entrevista
I've hired and managed people and so I know a good job description when I see one. That's what prompted me to apply for the role online. I wasn't confident about getting a response as online applications can disappear into a black hole, but I received an email from an in-house recruiter. A phone screen kicked things off, followed by a phone call with the manager for the role. Both were conversational and focused on cultural fit and ability to relevant past experience. An onsite interview followed with members of teams that would work closely with the role. An final interview with the executive in charge of the practice area was the last conversation. Emphasis on understanding working styles, approach to interpersonal relationships in the professional domain and applicable skills and experience.
