Interviewed online due to pandemic, made up of an introduction of oneself, then 5 competency questions, 2 situational questions, then any questions you have for your interviewer. I was made very comfortable and put at ease by my interviewer's sunny disposition.

Tell me about a time you overcame barriers in a project and continued to successfully beat it.

3 stages- each stage same format, dont have prior info. All based on an example, apart from last stage was asked why here, this role ect. With managers in the sector, not just hiring manager.
First comes the group interview, not difficult, we had to do a case and do the presentation afterward. Everyone was very active on generating ideas on the case and working out the solutions
