The introductory behavioral test came with no feedback and this was the only stage of the interview process I made it to. Some of the questions were worded poorly and I was given no feedback afterwards to tell me why I was no selected.
3 round of interview where most of the questions are experience based while some are scenario based, like "what would you do if..." type of questions. Interviewers were very nice and collaborative, and they wanted to guide you through the question, extracting the answers they want out of you.

Entrevista
I went through three interviews with different managers. The questions were very similar across all interviews, with different situational examples each time. There were no technical questions; the focus was mainly on soft skills, how you think, react to situations, and approach problem-solving. Overall, the process was structured and consistent, with a strong emphasis on behavioral and situational assessment rather than technical expertise.
