Very extensive behavioral questions with 3 different people. Phone interview two onsite interviews. The whole process took a few days. Too many interviews with basically different behavioral questions still no offer

Pretty easy. Used STAR method, which was new to me. But after researching, it actually made a lot of sense why they did it that way. There was also a recorded video portion as well.

Horrible! An assessment, then a one way interview. After that you interview with a recruiter. Keep in mind this is for a low paying, entry level role. After all this stress and hours of prep work and a month long process you get a rejection. I would not advise anyone to go through this process. It is basically just a call center job. USAA pays more and is better.
