I was interviewed in the same day by three people including a Vice President of Operations, a Project Manager and Human Resources. The decision was taken after a month and I received the call with the job offer.

My first interview occurred over phone by recruiter to screen if I know the area and operation of equipment like hydro cyclones, flotation cells etc. Once, I crossed that barrier, I had one to one interview with the process engineer, engineering manager and human resources. The interview was very detailed with respect to the produced water treatment technologies and personal traits.
