I recently went through the interview process for a technology consulting role and found it to be both rigorous and fair. I kicked off the journey by submitting my resume and cover letter, which led to an initial call with a recruiter where we discussed my background, motivations, and fit for the role. Next came a series of technical phone interviews that included coding challenges, system design questions, and case study scenarios—each stage testing my analytical prowess and hands-on skills. The process then advanced to on-site (or extended video) interviews featuring multiple rounds, with behavioral questions framed around my past experiences using the STAR method and more in-depth technical discussions, sometimes even involving whiteboarding exercises. The final round was a panel interview with senior leadership, which really honed in on my strategic thinking and overall compatibility with the firm's culture. After these stages, I received an offer and moved through the necessary background checks and onboarding steps, making the entire experience comprehensive and well-structured.

Had a phone screen, then 2 back to back interviews (about an hour each). The first one was behavioral and the second one was a case study. They give you the case study the interview will be on a day before the interview.
