Interviewed by senior management; just checking your availability and vetting background. Men are not hired as bartenders, only as doormen. Meet at one of the bars and get asked easy questions. Given some advice on how to work well. Hired, then orientation covering bar rules, responsibilities, and some training on barbacking and spotting fake IDs. Two training days under other doormen.
