The panel was made up of three people. I was sent an exercise 30 minutes before the interview, which I completed in Excel and Word and emailed. The exercise consisted of three parts. I was sent an Excel spreadsheet and I had to create a pivot table, order date in a specific way and pick out the highest value etc. It was straight forward. I then logged onto the interview which took 20-25 minutes. I was asked two questions by each panel member. I had about five minutes at the end to ask questions about the role.
