In the first stage you undergo a Coding Challenge (Java or Python), In the second stage you undergo a Video Call with a member of the recruitment team where you are asked to provide solutions to real life optimisation problems as well as the development life cycle. Then a serious of other more personal questions.

Entrevista
I went through a multi-step interview process that included an initial online coding round followed by one or more technical interviews. The questions focused on data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. The interviewers were professional and asked thoughtful follow-ups. Overall, the process was structured and fair.

They asked me to implement a recursive solution for generating all permutations of a string. I explained my approach using backtracking and discussed time complexity.
A phone round, a coding assessment (easy), then zoom behavioral interview, then given offer via phone call pretty soon after. whole process done by october, all nice and easy process. Coding challenge not too bad a simple array question
