The interview process was thorough but relatively informal. Several interviewing stages. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Smooth but lengthy process. Similar to other places, but more in depth.

Basic phone screening. No skills questions. Nice interviewer and brief description of job. Around 20 basic personality questions. Did not review resume. Entire interview process took around an hour or so.
