There was a form that we had to fill out describing what each of the jobs were. We would then rank our top three positions. We were then given situations based on those three positions. We would then send in the form/application. If they liked the application, we were then called in for an interview. We knew where we stood by the end of the meeting. This meant we knew whether we were hired or not.

Zoom interview with a committe of three. Lasted about thirty minutes. Standard questions and time for interviewee questions at the end. Pleasant conversation and informative about Purdue University - Fort Wayne, community, and students.
