Stage 1: Phone Screen by HR person asking basis questions to qualify me as a candidate Stage 2: Face-to-Face interview with HR person who doubles as a Sales Person for the company thus not entirely trained in HR. Able to answer questions on learning curve, expectations management...etc. Stage 3: Meeting with GM who basically serves as the purporse of "putting a face to the name" of the candidate. Meet and Greet session and after which I was hired officially. Perceptions: Both interviews were conducted around 7pm - 8pm which should have set alarm bells ringing but being a fresh grad, I didn't notice. Almost every employee was in the office at 8pm. I mentioned it to the GM when he brought me around for introductions and his comment was that everyone here works hard for the benefit of the company.
