First an assessment with inductive deductive and numerical questions together with a personality test and situational judgement test. The test were from SHL and I recommend practicing via the website.

I have not interviewed yet, but I think, it would be hard, it contains 2 rounds, with the senior manager and director. total time is 1h30m. as i know, they would ask about macroeconomics and M&A, and some business model, analyzing cases. so, having experience in fundamental analysis in stock market company or IB is a big plus
