Phone interview was brief, i'll be honest though, I have a very impressive set of accomplishments on my resume at this point in my life. The person who interviewed me downplayed everything on my resume, told me that I needed more than a healthcare degree to work there ie, experience in a healthcare field ( I went a different direction after college and got into tech). He sounded out of breath and also sleepy. He told me what positions to apply for in the future that better met my qualifications. Even for a phone interview it seemed as if he was blowing me off and was unprofessional. They do contact you fairly quickly after applying via email.
