Q: How can you improve the Cx experience at EasyJet?

I will change how the platform presents the information to the customers as it is not the best UX experience, and it is overwhelming with all the information provided. I will use technology to show the information according to the customer's journey, and in the booking process, I will gather more information, to personalize the offers according to customers' preferences.
