Make sure you refactor the code right then and there instead of talking about the mistakes in the code. The code in question that i reviewed was so dirty that i was repulsed by it, and felt like to giving up. Instead just refactor the code then and there i think thats what the expectation is from the interviewer. And you will find yourself clearing this round.
