After submitting my resume and cover letter online through a current member of the sales team, who then passed it on to HR, it took HR a good month to get around to calling me about the position. When they finally called me, it was an impromptu background check interview asking primarily demographic questions. They then set up another interview for two weeks later, over the phone. After the second phone interview was completed, I was brought in for an in-person interview with an HR rep, followed by the Sales manager who would be my direct supervisor. I clicked with the Sales Manager, and was offered the job over the phone later that afternoon. After the offer, It took about two weeks to complete paperwork and drug testing, and I had to wait until the next round of company-wide orientation to start.
