The interview had many components and it included a dinner, formal interview, a company tour, and a lunch. I think that the process took up a lot of valuable time. Honestly, I feel like the whole thing was a test, even though they said otherwise. I didn't get hired because of cultural aspects that they couldn't put into words. They could have just told us right away the kinds of candidates that they were looking for who would match the company's culture, instead of taking two days worth of our time. Honestly, the reviews online of the company didn't give a good impression from the start, so I think everything else just snowballed from there. I also didn't get very good vibes from any of the interviewers. They weren't very down-to-earth, and it was difficult building rapport with them. Also I noticed that diversity is basically non-existent at the company, so I probably wouldn't have fit in anyway. I learned a lot from the interview though. I feel more prepared now for less conventional and more personal questions interviewers might throw at you. I also learned to be more selective when pursuing opportunities, and to really make sure that I know what I'm getting myself into.

The interview process was very smooth and unlike most other places that I have applied.. It consisted of three parts and they made sure to schedule around you. Overall they were very welcoming and I enjoyed the process.
