I was invited for an informal interview with the QCSS team at Qualcomm to determine if I might be a good fit for a possible opening. The first portion of the interview was with current program managers, followed by one-on-one time with the Director of Program Management. In both cases, they were very comfortable discussing the job and answering all my questions.

What is the thing you enjoy the most about your current job?
Moderate and lengthy, average to difficult questions, Panel interview, Presentation preparation for an entire program life cycle, Technical design and detailing. 8 rounds with different experience people and diverse backgrounds and nationalities
Is recruiter ghosting become a norm nowadays!? Had a 45 min interview with recruiter and nothing for a month afterwards. Despite an attempt to reach and ask them for next steps. Recruiter and companies, please learn to respect other people’s time and effort. Very unprofessional!

Over zoom introductory interview. Very informal and comfortable. Puts you at ease so you can present yourself well. Thoughtful questions. Described the culture and expectations thoroughly. Detailed a day in the life of the role.
