Initial phone interview to vet my experience and fit for the opportunity. Then face to face with 6 people ranging from Sr Dir to Staff member. The questions at times were not fair so I couldn't provide an adequate answer as it was too much disclosure. Therefore, I was never fully comfortable with the situation. Moderate and lengthy, average to difficult questions, Panel interview, Presentation preparation for an entire program life cycle, Technical design and detailing. 8 rounds with different experience people and diverse backgrounds and nationalities
Is recruiter ghosting become a norm nowadays!? Had a 45 min interview with recruiter and nothing for a month afterwards. Despite an attempt to reach and ask them for next steps. Recruiter and companies, please learn to respect other people’s time and effort. Very unprofessional!

Over zoom introductory interview. Very informal and comfortable. Puts you at ease so you can present yourself well. Thoughtful questions. Described the culture and expectations thoroughly. Detailed a day in the life of the role.
