Two hour interview where I was asked several times if I were "deef". I had such difficulty understanding this woman due to her extremely thick accent that I asked her to repeat herself a few time times. She doubted my recent college due to my age, my ability to perform to standards set out by her(informed me her standards were far superior to that of the actual company) and at the end of the two hours was beyond rude when she told me I would not be a good fit as my ethnic background(I am white, she was middle Eastern) was wrong and white women cannot work as well as her country-women. I was in tears as I left but had the opportunity to speak to an employee who informed me this woman treats all interviewees in the same manner if white.
