I talked to a recruiter at a career fair and submitted an online application. I received a response asking for a phone interview, had a phone interview, received a quicker response about a second phone interview, had another phone interview, and then received a polite rejection email.

First they asked some behavioral questions such as what is your greatest accomplishment, tell me about a time you made a mistake.
Next they asked me a coding question in which they wanted me to do a level order traversal of a tree.
