Thought-provoking, pertinent questions. Done by Jake Smith, an absolutely amazing individual (though he's not with the company anymore). Not exactly sure my answers matched the way I ended up relating to campers, but I assume that they accepted me based on my intuition and professionalism. Come in with positive, high-energy and they will be sure to support you.

Apply online. Interview via Skype a couple weeks later. The staff are super nice and friendly and actually want to get to know you well. Relieving that they care that they recruit people who will care for and be good for the SuperCamp job.

Entrevista
If chosen you schedule an interview on skype and it is pretty normal as interviews go. The interviewer is awesome, a lot of the staff at quantum are young and you feel comfortable conversing with them.
