The interview process consisted of 3 interviews which were 30-60 minutes in length. The first interview was with a Sr Director of Recruiting and lasted ~ 60 minutes. She asked both behavioral questions (tell me about a time when) as well as case type questions (tell me about the most technical product you launched). She was very friendly and high energy and the interview was more "interview-y" than I was expecting but that was ok! The second interview was with a peer for ~ 45 minutes and consisted of multiple behavioral questions such as tell me about a time when you disagreed with leadership. The interviewer was also friendly and high energy, we ran out of time for questions from me. The third interview was with my manager and after asking a few background questions she asked one case question which was centered on the company's values (passion, persistence and integrity) - sell me on X. We spent the balance of time having a more informal discussion on the company and role. The final call was not an interview per se but a 1 hour phone call with the CEO and Founder, Mario. I was really impressed to get time with Mario and on short notice! Mario is very passionate and energetic and sold me on the company during that call. Overall the process was really fast and I enjoyed everyone I met. It was a good balance of being interviewed while also getting to know the employees as the company.
