I was continually ghosted by the recruiter and kept having to reach out for the process to continue at any point. Because of this the process took months
They gave me a ten+ hour coding assessment, where I implemented everything that was asked. And then 2 weeks later they sent me an email saying they were passing on me. I received NO feedback on the assessment, and also I did NOT have an interview with someone where I would walk through my assessment's code and talk through it with them.
Very amateur all around.

Entrevista
I met with a recruiter initially, followed by a hiring manager and staff software engineer. Next came a live code challenge, then a meeting with the SVP of Engineering. The final step was meeting with the CEO.

Other than normal technical questions, they asked about my experience and how I got in to tech.
Several rounds with different Engineering people. Increasing levels of difficulty. Relatively easy challenges, and they are very helpful with answers to any questions you have during it. Nice people, was not scary.

Entrevista
First spoke with a recruiter (30 minute phone call). Then 45 minute Zoom with hiring manager. Completed the take home assignment in a week, then spoke with 2 engineers about it in the technical interview (1.5 hour Zoom). Then spoke with the VP of engineering (45 minute Zoom) and finally the CEO (30 minute phone call).
