There were four Rounds total including the phone screening, and I had a great experience. Everyone I talked to provided some feedback which I greatly appreciated, because whether you get the offer or not that feedback can be applied to future interviews!

I applied online and was initially contacted by an in-house recruiter Joe for a phone screen. Joe was greatly helpful, broke down the position, what they were looking for, and how my experience may have aligned. After we agreed there was a fit, I was moved on to a Zoom interview with Tim, the SDR Manager. Tim was also pleasant to speak with. We discussed my experience, Tim's plans for building up the SDR team, and how I may align with their plans. Tim then moved me on to the next step which was a Zoom interview with Scott, one of their sales leaders. Another pleasant conversation, this time about a sales career in general and Scott's view of the positive in a sales career with Quantum Metric. Finally, Mario the CEO spoke with me over the phone for about an hour to ensure I believed in Quantum and fit into their values of Passion, Persistence, and Integrity. It was an absolute pleasure to speak with him and it was abundantly clear how great he is as a visionary leader who cares about his company and employees as much as anyone can.
