Entrevista
There were fives stages to the interviews.
Firstly, the recruiter. This was an initial screening to understand if I would be a fit for the role.
Secondly, there was the manager of the role. This was to see if I understood the role and would be able to perform it.
Thirdly, there was an interview with the prospective peers. This was to gauge an understanding of the culture and whether it would be a good fit.
Fourthly, there was an interview with the Director; it was his team the role would be impacting. This was a technical-type of interview.
Finally, there was the interview with the CEO. This was fairly casual and was to get the final impression of whether I would be able to contribute meaningfully to his vision.

Entrevista
6-step, comprehensive interview process including a technical presentation as well as an overall character check from a C-level employee. Quite the lengthy process (~5 weeks from first call to offer), but I could tell each step was well thought out and intentioned. Recruiter checked in constantly to get my thoughts after each step.
