I had several phone calls with my manager, my team and the folx I would work with directly. I also had the chance to speak with CEO. During the interviews, I asked challenging questions. Every single person went down those rabbit holes with me, so that I felt confident in the company, working together, and being challenged back. I felt so energized after each chat and could see myself at QM because of it.
