The interview process was very detailed. I was first notified through email that they were interested in me for this specific position and then when I said I was interested the manager called me to explain in further detail what the job position was all about, how much money I would make per hour/ what my benefits were and all of the job duties I would be responsible for. Then once I told them that I was still interested I met with the three top managers in one of the office locations that was closest to my house and we sat down as a group discussing my strengths and why I thought I would be a good candidate for this position. I was then notified a few days later that they wanted to hire me, they did a drug test and a background test and then I started my job soon after.
