The process starts with a CV application which then progresses to a pre recorded interview. After this stage there is an excel test which wasn’t too challenging. This is followed by an assessment centre consisting of: •An intro of the company (they all seemed really nice and genuine) •An individual presentation (can prepare before) •A group task (really fun and engaging) •An “excel” task, I really didn’t understand this… unless I’m massively missing something there was no actual excel skills required for this, even though it was framed as such… very confusing

First, submit a CV. Once screened and if successful, do an Excel technical assessment. If successful, complete recorded answers to questions. If successful, you will be invited to an assessment centre (AC). If successful, there will be a final interview, which will end in either an offer or rejection. Am personally still awaiting AC results
