Painstakingly slow process that took several rounds of interviews and was vague to say the least. I was told I had the job, then maybe I did not have the job. I was moved on site for the job, then given another person to compete for with the job. The interview was very casual and I was offered the job. It was like a game of cat and mouse.

Entrevista
There are four interviews in this process. The first interview is a phone interview. After the phone interview, they will send you a personality assessment. If you pass the assessment, you will move on to an in-person interview. The second interview is at the corporate office to see if R&V is interested in hiring you. If they are interested, they will select one or multiple locations they are interested in sending you. The third interview will be with the Property Manager(s) at the properties they discussed with you in the second interview. If one of the Property Managers like you, you will move on to the final interview. The final interview will be with the Regional Manager.
