The whole process was very simple, a one on one interview, but the person that was suppose to interview was not there so another supervisor interview instead. The interviewer begin with introduction to the job and question at the end they ask what question do you have regarding the position.

2 interviews. The first interview you talk with the manager and are showed around the factory. Second interview is with who you will be working under.
