Had 2 rounds. The first round was with HR, asking about my background and the activities I've done at school and during my internships. The final round was with COO for the first 30 minutes then Associate Director for the last 30 minutes. 95% of the questions were related to projects I've done before and how I would interact with other team members. I only had 2 questions that were "technical." Which were the stock pitch and what my thoughts about current market conditions.

Phone interview followed by Assessment Centre, which involved a presentation and a competency-based interview. Assessment centre was challenging but interesting, involving a presentation as to why a certain stock should be a 'buy' or 'sell'
