Was sent to the company by an employment agency. The position sounded interesting and challenging. Would have been extremly busy, but I was willing to accept the challenge. Thought the interview went well and thought I had was a strong candidate. The potential co-workers seemed to be nice and helpful. It appeared to be a relaxed environment.

Describe a difficult situation between you and your past supervisor and how was it resolved.
Only one interview is required for a contract position in IT department. The Director and Senior manager asked straightforward questions. This interview lasted 45 mins. In the last 10 mins of the interview, I asked two questions that I prepared two in advance.

was very smooth and organized. the overall time it takes to complete is around 2-3 hours, i got meet with 3 people, they have a very focused approach and they care alot about the culture.

there is alot of emphasis on culture and ethics which is great
Behavioural and technical questions. Nothing too difficult but be prepared for questions on current trends. Very smooth process and nice interviewers - process took three or four months total and signing bonus is very good
