They asked a series of questions, a lot that were not related to the business but more on who you were and are as a person. Interview was a bit informal and towards the end they attempted to break you asking questions until you said "I don't know"

I got a call about 2 weeks later for an in-person interview (Business Casual).
Interviewed with 3 managers.
Got an email about 2 weeks after interview about their decision.
