Surprised to see others dressed more casually than expected. Perhaps some areas of the country are different.

I didn't feel a vibe with office. I found there to be fewer customer service questions than I expected.

Ask introductory questions They asked about hobbies, how much experience I have in the field, in which area I would like to work, about conditions ,could say it was a routine interview
Fairly straightforward, basically a conversation of goals and expectations. Very informal. They were interested in someone who might be willing to do training for them in the future also. I wasn't aware of that beforehand.
