Entrevista
I was in touch with HRs, but still had to apply via official website form. There, they were asking about salary expectations, which were clearly out of their capabilities, but here we are.
Hiring process consisted of:
1. Interview with HR
2. Interview with team leaders of adjacent SRE teams.
3. Homework assignment.
4. Technical interview based on the homework assignment.
Relex solutions does seem like a company with versatile hiring process. They tried just to fill in the position, even though I was overqualified for it. That made me think that they don't look into overall fitness of a person into the team.
