1st HR phone interview - interviewer was late 2nd phone interview - interviewer was significantly late, call was missed and then rescheduled, interviewer was again late, this continued on until finally they decided to reschedule where the interviewer in fact showed up on time. The interview was a general discussion on experiences. But, had to chase up for feedback. 3rd phone interview - interviewer was a no-show, had to chase up, and found out that interviewer was in fact off sick but no one bothered to inform me. The interview was again rescheduled, interviewer called significantly late...nor was an apology provided by HR for the fact that they were a no show the first time. The company has a habit of playing double standards and continuously being late to scheduled interviews while expecting the candidate to be available through out the day like an open calendar - very hypocritical and unprofessional company. If this is how they treat candidates, wonder how they treat employees.
