One recruiter screening call followed by a 20 minute call with the manager. The process was not difficult but it did feel very much like a meat grinder. The questions were very simple, and it felt like more of a check for signs of life.

Entrevista
One phone screen and two team interviews.
To start during the phone screen the hiring manager gave their thoughts on the current state of unemployment.
In the team interviews I was asked the same questions repeatedly. There was no organization and the interviewers were not aware of basic HR policies and procedures. They repeatedly stated if I wanted to advance in my career this was not the company for me.
There was an overall lack of respect and extremely poor policies in place.

Entrevista
Three interviews, the first with a panel of sub leaders, then a regional lead and finally the contract manager. Culture, technical and project questions in the first one. The others seemed a little more free form, getting to know me with technical mixed in.
