Relatively simple. Got an email asking for phone interview 3 days after turning in my application for the position, which I found through the career website. The phone interview was around 30 minutes and relatively simple. Basic questions regarding interests, career plan etc. was asked. Got an email letting me know that they were going forward with another candidate.
