The entry stage consisted of an online "polymath" test, which had a diverse set of questions with free-form answers (completion of these answers took a few hours). After acceptance of that test, a protracted technical interview took place via Skype and, having cleared that hurdle, a face to face interview took place at the company premises. Unfortunately the interview itself was disorganised and nowhere near as well structured as I had hoped it expected. I left the building with absolutely no sense of how the interview went or what their impressions of me were.
