The interview process consisted of a screening call and two rounds of interviews. The first round of interviewers included senior project managers, who would be managing and delegating tasks to the role I applied for and included answering typical corporate interview questions. The second round included more staff and shorter times, to get an opportunity to connect and learn more about work culture and if I was a fit personality-wise, as well as a few typical corporate interview questions.
