I was interviewed through a video call and right away I was not impressed how they presented themselves as interviewers. Two managers did not turn-on their cameras and the other manager was just wearing a jersey with a cap-on while interviewing. I know there is a significant difference between an interviewer and an applicant but still showing how you present yourself as an interviewer show what culture you have in your company. Please show a proper etiquette in interviewing applicants.
